These well structured aero/tone intervals feature cardio bursts, varying tempos and compound toning. It’s a time efficient combination that reshapes multiple muscles as it raises your heart rate. The body sculpting intervals are the longest; they blend traditional moves with “functional fitness” and balance exercises. The cardio segments are shorter; they use lots of jumps, leaps and squats (both interval types include on and off step exercises).
